Do you do wholesale and corporate orders?
Yes, we do. Simply drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in the order form here.
Can I do an exchange?
Yes, you can. Provided items are not customized or sales items.
What is the duration from my purchase to make a valid return/exchange/refund request?
All requests for exchange and return must be within 7 days from the invoice date, and only available for purchases made in SINGAPORE.
How do I do an exchange?
You are required to send us a soft copy of your invoice and the reason to exchange to email@example.com within 7 days from the invoice date.
We will contact you within 3-5 business days of your return request. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Once approved, we will provide you with the return confirmation and schedule a date and time for a courier to pick up the item(s) from a location that is agreed.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM(S) BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.
Once we have received your item(s), we will make a final inspection to ensure that the return request is valid and ship the replacement item(s) to you.
If the item for exchange is out of stock, we will refund you the amount in the form of store credits via coupon code.

All promotional, sale and discounted items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Are shipping charges refundable?
All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
What are the requirements before I can make a return/exchange/refund request?
All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging. Item(s) which show signs of worn are not eligible for exchange or return. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed. My Little Piece of reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item prior to any exchange or return and the decision shall be final.
